WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE EVENT?
Please bring your printed or mobile ticket and a valid, government-issued photo ID. Attendees who do not have their ticket or ID will not be admitted to the event and will not be refunded. Attendees must be 21+.
Is golf included?
No. This is a golf-less event. No golf will be played on the 9-holes during this event.

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE GATE?
There will be no tickets available at the gate. Please purchase all tickets online from this website.
WHAT DOES THE TICKET INCLUDE?
General Admission ticket holders will receive about 2.5 hours of hard seltzer tasting and have access to activities and photo ops throughout the course.
VIP ticket holders will receive everything above plus premier tee times, a commemorative Seltzerland tasting cup, a specialty cocktail and a full can of seltzer.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH DRINK IS SERVED?
Each hard seltzer brand will serve 2-ounce samples of a variety of flavors. Our list of participating brands is subject to change at any time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE THE EVENT?
Tickets are non-refundable, but ticket holders may transfer their tickets to anyone who is 21+.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET(S) TO A DIFFERENT CHECK IN TIME?
Subject to check in time availability, tickets are transferable for a $2.50 fee. Please email hello@cannonballproductions.com.
WILL THE EVENT BE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER?
Seltzerland is a rain or shine event. However, in extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email and on our Facebook event page.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE ONGOING PANDEMIC?
If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 all customers will receive an automatic refund of all ticket costs and fees. Please note, if an event is postponed and attendees are no longer able to attend, tickets can be refunded by emailing hello@cannonballproductions.com.

Plan to arrive at the first time listed on your ticket. That is when your session begins.
HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
The event will take about 2.5 hours. All attendees should wear comfortable shoes and prepare for a 2-3-mile walk through the course.
I DON'T DRINK. CAN I STILL ATTEND?
Yes, of course! We always provide water, and offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options at select venues. A Designated Driver ticket can be purchased by emailing us at hello@cannonballproductions.com.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Thanks for reaching out! We are a 21+ event, so children are not allowed. However, we will allow infants that can be carried. Due to the venue's policy, strollers are not permitted. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are looking forward to having you!
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals will be allowed as permitted by federal law.
CAN I RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?
Seltzerland has a no re-entry policy. It is a one-way tasting course.
IF I GO TO ONE TIME SLOT, CAN I STAY FOR ANOTHER?
Limit one ticket per time slot. At the end of your 2.5-hour time slot, attendees must depart the venue to make space available for ticket holders in other time slots.
CAN I RENT A GOLF CART?
Golf carts are not available for use. All attendees should wear comfortable shoes and prepare for a 2-3-mile walk through the course. *If you have a special need for a golf cart please email our team at hello@cannonballproductions.com at least one week in advance so we better understand and work on special arrangements.*
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking may be allowed only in designated smoking areas at specific stadiums, courses and venues.
WILL THERE BE FOOD FOR SALE?
Yes, there will be food trucks with food for purchase.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGES INTO THE FESTIVAL?
No outside food or beverages are permitted. You must dispose of it prior to entrance.
IS WATER PROVIDED?
Yes, water will be complimentary at entry.
CAN I BUY HARD SELTZER AT THE EVENT OR BRING EMPTY OR FULL BOTTLES HOME WITH ME?
Absolutely no product can be removed from the festival site, nor is it available for purchase.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
There will be limited parking available at each event. We recommend carpooling with your party pod or ride share apps.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
Seltzerland is focused on providing a fun environment for guests to experience new foods and drinks. All guests are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe means of transportation to and from the event.
Any guest who is intoxicated or disruptive before entering the event, as determined by event security, will be denied entry. Any guest found intoxicated during the event or causing a disturbance, as determined by event security or staff, will be asked to leave the facility without a refund and may be subject to further consequences.
